Our 12 Year Dark Barrel Aged Italian Balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy is produced in the traditional Modena style and aged at least 12 years in various wood barrels. The acidity (6%) of our 12 Year Dark Aged Italian Balsamic makes it pair extremely well with any of our Ultra Premium EVOO's or flavor infused/fused Olive Oils. Nice and tart, perfect for any vinaigrette or marinade.
