The Sicilian Nocellara displays savory notes and a pleasant creamy mouth feel. Delayed pepperiness builds in the back of the throat signifying the healthy Oleocanthal content present in fresh oil. Flavor characteristics include savory herb, fennel and floral notes with a peppery finish and lingering spicy mouth feel. Mild Intensity     

This small batch California Picual was harvested from groves in the Capay Valley. It has a sweet, fruity nose and displays notes of stone fruit: peaches and apricots plus some floral characteristics. The finish is peppery with some astringency. While Picual is the most prolific variety in the world, it is exceedingly rare in California.

The Portuguese Arbosana is perfectly balanced with low bitterness taking high fruitiness scores. Complex notes of clove, baking spice and banana give way to a lingering pepper finish.  

Special Blend   

Grassy, sweet fruity nose with notes of savory herb and tomato leaf, slightly floral. This oil is well balanced with an herby center and lingering pepper finish on the back of the throat. Super High Oleic!  Mild Intensity
